Tolefi Promotions has been a subsidiary of the Tolefi Group since 2011. Tolefi Promotions develops and promotes quality residential and tertiary real estate projects in the Great West of France, as well as on the Lille-Brussels urban axis.
Each project is managed in accordance with its fundamentals to combine the comfort of the occupants and the quality of the living environment. The choice of locations within a large metropolis, as well as the architectural biases, give a strong identity to its projects.
Its promotion activity is part of a proactive environmental approach through the implementation of innovative construction systems, the use of bio sourced materials (wood, hemp, etc.), the optimisation of energy consumption (heat pumps collective, natural ventilation) or the integration of landscaped and wooded islands. Its Escale Nature projects, in Guérande, Canopé Bagatelle and Novallende 2, in Saint-Herblain near Nantes, have also been awarded Silver Pyramids by the Federation of Real Estate Developers, for their eco-responsible commitment and quality of their architecture. Tolefi Promotions maintains a climate of proximity with its customers and guarantees them personalised services at controlled prices. Local teams support them at every stage of their project, from the marketing of the program to its turnkey delivery.

The real estate branch of the Tolefi Group (companies Tolefi France, Tolefi España, Tolefi Wellington and Le Haras des Isas, BSM, BMS), owns and manages housing, offices, shops, logistics buildings and agricultural land in France, Spain and Belgium. Tolefi accounts for 16,000 m² of office space in France.
The Tolefi Group is also a shareholder of the companies CBO Territoria (real estate developer, developer and reference promoter in Reunion and Mayotte), BSM SA and Immo Levasseur SA (logistics parks in Belgium).-
